HOW TO PREPARE:
To prepare Jowar roti, mix 1 cup of jowar flour with a pinch of salt and enough warm water to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball between parchment paper or using a rolling pin to make thin rounds. Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook each roti for about 1-2 minutes and with cotton cloth apply water to roti one side, and cook each roti for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until brown spots appear. Serve warm with your choice of curry or vegetables.
